  • No booking required
  • Classes are 90 minutes
  • Every class is beginner friendly
  • First timers arrive 20 mins early to register
  • Wear light comfortable clothing
  • Avoid eating 2 hours before class
  • Be well hydrated
  • Yoga mat, large towel & water bottle required (available for hire/sale)
  • Doors open half an hour prior to class and 15 minutes before the 6.00am
