Bikram Yoga is a unique series of 26 postures (asanas) and 2 breathing exercises (pranayamas) performed in a heated room to 40°c for 90 minutes. Yoga is not just for the fantastically flexible… If you cannot touch your toes, or perhaps cannot even see your toes, you are still a perfect candidate for the benefits of Bikram Yoga.
